Γιατί πρώτα φυλλάδια

Ερώτηση: Why do you think the first thing a traveller has to do is to collect brochures from different agencies?

Απάντηση:

Αυτούσιο (σελ. 257): «collect brochures from different travel-agencies and decide on the place he wants to visit».

Σύνοψη: (ενδεικτική) Για να συγκεντρώσει πληροφορίες/προσφορές από διαφορετικά γραφεία, να τις συγκρίνει και να αποφασίσει σε ποιο μέρος θέλει να ταξιδέψει.

Αυτούσιο (σελ. 258): παράδειγμα «two weeks' full board in a four-star hotel at the same price for ten days' half board in a three-star hotel» — η ίδια τιμή μπορεί να κρύβει πολύ διαφορετική αξία.

Σύνοψη: (ενδεικτική) Γιατί στην ίδια τιμή μπορεί να αντιστοιχεί πολύ διαφορετική αξία (π.χ. δύο εβδομάδες πλήρους διατροφής σε 4άστερο έναντι δέκα ημερών ημιδιατροφής σε 3άστερο), οπότε πρέπει να συγκρίνεις προσεκτικά τι περιλαμβάνεται.

Ερώτηση γνώμης/σύνθεσης (§3δ NEXT_BOOK.md) — απαντιέται με σύνθεση από τη γενική γνώση για την περιοχή του μαθητή και τα όσα αναφέρει το κείμενο για ό,τι αναζητούν οι τουρίστες (φυσική ομορφιά, αρχαιολογικούς χώρους).

Σύνοψη: (ενδεικτική) Ενδεικτικά: εξαρτάται από την περιοχή — πολλοί επισκέπτες αναζητούν και τα δύο, αλλά σε περιοχές με σημαντικά μνημεία (π.χ. αρχαιολογικούς χώρους) η πλειοψηφία των τουριστών δίνει προτεραιότητα στην ξενάγηση σε αυτούς, ενώ σε περιοχές με έντονη φυσική ομορφιά προτιμούν την εξοχή/το τοπίο.
